we needed to charge at this location at -28 but both chargers would not turn on with the app. the plug snapped in, as you'd expect but whenever I wanted to activate the charger nothing happened. a gentleman from the dealership helped me out with his own personal Flo card. charging should not be that difficult. very disappointed in Flo and its network.
