Hanny works great. DEANDRA still has a broken CCS connector.

Called customer support after multiple tries on 1st charger. She tried resetting it multiple times. NO luck. Tried 2 other chargers WITH support on the line. NO luck. Finally tried a 4th charger - which another car had just left. And it worked. FRUSTRATING. The chargers are on edge of parking lot - next to Goodyear car center. Across lot from Target.

Lots of FAST chargers. Even with assistance - who tried resetting multiple times -it took trying 4 chargers before we got one that worked. LONG trip, EV go chargers are ONLY brand we've had trouble with.
