All but one not working, screens black, totally non operational. Tried calling for service and reset but could only get to a useless AI customer service bot.

Connector at 0042 is broken. 0044 will not connect. These are the worst maintained chargers that we use.

1 of 4 chargers functioned. 1 connected but reported unconnected and wouldn’t start. 2 reported no account linked to ivy card and Visa card
