Once we figured it out, went smoothly. It was our first time to use a charger other than at home. We learned you should plug the car in first and then go through the steps with the app to begin charging. The charging stations are mislabeled. The one with a “1” sticker is actually station 2 and the “2” sticker is one just as a heads up.
