Gates opened at 10am, my car and a Kia are charging up. The app isn't showing that the two ports are being used.

charging after hours, not sure how this actually works but the entrance gate is closed and the exit gate is open with mine and two other cars charging. I mean it works for me and the two other drivers.

even though the hours say 9am till 10pm it appears that the side gate is open 24/7

I had a positive experience charging my Tesla Model Y here, it is not a supercharger so be ready to relax by watching some videos or playing some games. Also note had to use the J1772 to Tesla adapter.

Enter parking lot off Edisonia Terrace, by Kearney Bank. Chargers are straight ahead on wall of maintenance building. Free (for now, thanks BMW) but $10 for admission to Edison Labs ( and worth it).
