This morning your kiosk double charged me it’s supposed to be $16 parking per day I got charged $32 I left at 6:28 am this morning and I am returning at 9:30 on tonight that’s less than 24 hours

The same 2 cars have been in the spots since Saturday 1pm. Now it is Sunday around 3pm and they are still in the spots. Fully charged. This is a problem.
