It did not work. ZEF app said it was “offline.” The charger got stuck - had to use the emergency latch pull in the trunk of my Tesla to release. The Flo level 2 across the street worked much better. The Flo level 3 down the road at the car dealership is probably more reliable.

CCS charger Error 39 not functioning.
Contacted support to hopefully have this resolved by a tech in the near future.

Charger could not detect being plugged in, was not able to get a charge using the app, plugging it in after swiping to start charge. However, I called ZEF at (612) 688-4596, and they were very friendly and will be sending someone out ASAP to fix it :-).

It says there is 0/2 available but i am only using 1 of 4 available. There are two level 2 (free) and two level 3s. Only level two works for standard tesla adapter.

Issue at this DC Fast Charger was determined to be temporary and should now be operating as expected.

ZEF has received reports of a possible issue with the CCS plug properly connecting to a vehicle to initiate a charge. Please plan your trip accordingly while we investigate and check back for updates.
