I tried to charge my Chevrolet Bolt EUV here on 4/8/25. The charger stopped charging my car on its own after only 12 minutes. Then, I was billed the $2.00 minimum charge plus $0.13 tax, even though only $1.60 of electricity was provided. Rip-off and a waste of time and effort.

Autel is a customer service horror show. I tried to charge here, and the charger kept kicking me out after 90 seconds or so. It was still charging me $2/a connection though. The Autel app gives 617-555-1212 as their customer service number. (That is the number for information for the 617 area code, and your cell phone will charge you money when you call it)
When I finally got through to Autel, they claimed they just provide the equipment, and were not responsible for the credit card charge. They refused to tell me whose equipment it was to protect the “privacy” of the company who owned it. (After all even fraudsters need their privacy) I then called MassDOT. No Help there either. Thank gosh Amex cancelled the charge, but I wasted hours trying to find out who was responsible.

Two new DC Fast Autel chargers were installed and have been active since Spring 2024. They have CCS connectors.
