If you go to 3 there is no easy way to get back up. ***free 5-20 and 5-15 NEMA wall chargers on most floors (every other floor). Look to the left as you start ascending on a new floor, opposite the elevators, see photos for example***

Multiple 5-20 NEMA outlets that are free (aside from parking lot cost. We are here for a couple days so no problem trickle charging the Tesla.
