Coastline College EV Charging Stations

I was at this location yesterday, Friday 4/11/2026, and my car was charged around 40 minutes. It’s my first electric rented car, and I didn’t know how to use it. I went through the YouTube and figured it out. However, I didn’t see how much total it cost until I check my credit card today Saturday 4/12/2026, and the balance is $50. I was shocked because the percentage I got almost less than 10% ( ~ 24 miles). I checked online information that with the rate $.46kwh for full ranges 300 mile would cost ~ $36. I only charged 24 miles which should be cost $2.88. I am very upset, and I’m going to dispute this charged, and your company should take a look at this problem.
