Rate is $0.00, but increases to $60.00 per hour if connected and charging stops. No issues found with access the chargers.

You may find the entrance to the TRCA parking lot blocked by security when there is an event at the adjacent stadium. You might tell security you are going to the TRCA. I didn't try it. At the time of this check-in Google Maps is wrong about the entrance. There is only one entrance to the parking lot and it is shared with the stadium.
