west side station (to the right), only the right side port is working, left port seems to be jammed

East side station does not scan. if you unlock by app, does not deliver power. West side station, only one port working on the right side. left port, plug pin is jammed.

Left (east) station not scanning. Both ports seem broken. Right (west) side station both ports ok
