UPDATE : FC41 now working again! Hoping that FC40 comes back online someday! thank you. Formerly: neither charger working anymore. The one shown here as Available is always marked "in use" on the Swtch app, and charging won't begin no matter what I do.

Charger Fc40 no longer working--goes immediately from "Preparing" to "Faulted". Multiple attempts yielded same result. The other one (Fc41) works fine

Charged with no problems. Fantastic to get first two hours free!

Works every time for me! Sometimes it stays on SuspendedEV a long time, but it always comes through eventually. It's amazing to get the first 2 hours for free :)
