This location is the street level outside pay parking lot accessible from Jackson St W. It worked. Great pricing. I was confused about names and locations of parking lots. There are photos here and in Google Maps that misrepresent this location as a parking garage. There are also two ChargePoint unlisted chargers in the Lot 40 parking deck higher than this one and very close. I don't mean Lot 40 is stacked above this one; Lot 40 it is an adjacent parking lot that barely overlaps the Jackson St one.

Chargers on P3 in various locations. Enter garage off Ling street, go down to P3, turn left , 2 chargers at base of UP ramp. Located in city of hamilton pay parking complex.
