Left wand still works, but with bent lock. The system thinks it is unlocked and just wants you to insert the wand in your vehicle to charge when you log in. This means the right wand remains locked. use the left first. Have contacted the city (host ) for repairs,

Left wand thumb lock slightly bent. usable but takes some work connecting with car.
