note that there's a construction project at city Hall preventing access to the stations

The charging cost doesn’t include the parking cost. I got a$75.00 ticket during a 55minute fast charge

I had a negative experience. Tried the 2 quick chargers and said "Card valid at free stations only". Why can't I use the quick chargers?
