They have cars parked in all of the charging spots.

Are these public use chargers or private??? Audi parks cars in all the spots without anyone charging and they are labelled service only. If any public money went into there meters someone had better straighten them out asap!

it says there's a connection failure.

Tried charging tonight. Error message "internal fault". Ended my session without charge. I know the issue isn't with my brand new vehicle or charge point account.
