they stifle the charging speed. even if u are the only car there! Max charge in tesla 35km/hr /28A / 6kw -lots of things to eat or do nearby. if you go to a business you can register plate for free parking then you just pay fee to charge. $2/hr. parking is additional $5/hr or $20/day. to get 3 hour free go up elevator to save on foods there is a registration tablet as soon as you get off the elevator. you have to do this in 15 minutes or you may get a ticket. Some complain about the cell service in parkade but my phone is ok with Telus.

one of three not functional. power limited to 27a, 5.7kw due to "power sharing" when I'm the only one here.
