Only on charger can be used at a time. Paid, 4,50$ and couln't charge because charging station was already in use.

i was able to charge, but a Tesla was using one spot as a PARKING space and not plugged in.

Two reserved spots for EVs only, and only while charging. Free but need to ‘tap’ a credit card for deposit? Works perfect - great lot but it’s expensive to park inside.
