forgot to take picture but there is now a sevond level 2 charger at thus location and i was able to charge successfully

Level 3 doesn’t work. Called the 1 800 link and they couldn’t fix remotely. Screen shows error 39.

The station is defective. Plug working , but would not engage EV's charging system. 2019.08.02
