Fast charger didn't work today. Stuck in a screen saying: Initializing, please unplug connector. Phoned Flo, she tried a reboot, got a communication error and it went back to the same screen. She said they would issue a fix ticket. But the app kept on saying it was working. Take away: don't trust the app that the chargers are actually working.
