Would not start charge after connecting

This did not work. Hooked up and took my $4.95 but would not start charging.

Tried using level 3 , wouldn’t charge and still charged me the 4.95 fee . Pretty disappointing

Didn't charge the car ,but charged the app a user fee!

Charge cable is very short and on the left. Plenty of parking space for any sized vehicle. Charged at a fairly consistent 49kW. I know my vehicle can handle faster, and it was 43°F which shouldn't have inhibited speed. That said, this is a very reliable charger.

Charges most of the time at 56-58kw, but the last 5% dropped to 25kw

The ONLY reliable charging station in Grand Forks is located at Simonson’s Travel Centre. Works every time!

I’ve tried to charge from this station multiple times on my road trip. The station states “charge is starting” , but if you stick around for 1minute you will see that it’s not delivering any charge whatsoever. What’s worse is that I couldn’t release my vehicle from the charging station. It wasn’t until my partner located the manual release button that we could remove it and leave.
