The Pedistal mounted Schneider J-1772 charger visible in the picture was working. Unfortunately, the NEMA 515 (NEMA 5-20) outlets (Visible on the backwall of the parking lot in Street view) are defective, so they don't serve as an effective back-up if the Schneider unit is occupied.
