For most Shell stations you must plug the connector in the car first and then starts the charge in the app. But some Shell stations are the opposite... Help others by sharing your experience in the "Comments" section. Please report steps taken for a successful start.
The north one was out of commission, making it difficult for cars with charging port on front driver’s side to charge with remaining one.

Absolutely no issues, used the ccs port on the charge furthest from the store.

2024 Tesla Model Y. One of the two was off and unresponsive. The other did connect but Shell Recharge app didn’t work. Customer support was not helpful

We tried two different days to charge on both chargers as well as called customer service. We were unable to get it to work.

Not a bad charger for my Tesla. Got 75 kw. I don't think that i ever got charged on my credit card even though j did need to provide credit card information. Not sure why

Used it two times. Each time was a different station and each time it started and stayed at 86 kw. I wish it was at 150. My car can do 170. Still nice stop and Casey’s $4.00 pizza and medium soda are great while you charge.

Used the Shell app. Little clunky but works. Charged nicely.
