Hilton Garden Inn - Jacksonville Airport EV Charging Stations

Tried to charge with one of the J1772 connections but got a charging fault when plugging into my ID.4 two times in a row. However, the other one on the same pole worked perfectly. Was staying in the Holiday Inn Express next door (owned by the same company as the Hilton) and asked the clerk at the Hilton if I could charge. She said that was fine. Sign on the charger said you needed a permit but clerk said I didn’t need it.
