Stopped for a bite to eat. Needed a little charge to get us home and this was perfect.

charger worked. just used my credit card and it automatically begin to charge my car within 30 seconds. parking lot is well lit and highly visible

Station did. Not work despite adding money and using app. Telephone support unable to resolve either. Not an acceptable experience. You need to do better
