As long as you can get your charge port very close to the left side of the parking spot right at the curb then you'll be able to charge without blocking the handicap space. Otherwise you're gonna have to block the handicap space to charge successfully.

charging cable is too short to reach regular EV parking space. (only long enough for handicap EV)
