I had a negative experience. Iced again by these parking spots that, fault of our city, arent reserved for electrical vehicle charging only!

I had a negative experience. Iced. When you only put a single electric charger with the central square remodel, and dont designate the spaces as ev parking only, then nobody with an ev can ever charge because they are also the most convenient parking places so theyre always full of ice cars.
