Both DC fast chargers are inoperable. Station ID 153019 shows as available on the Shell Recharge app but will not initiate. Called customer service and they tried to remote start without success. They said they’d create a ticket. Station ID 153034, closest to the building, is not listed in the app and customer service confirmed that it is currently out of service.

Station ID 153034 (fast charger closest to building) displays “Err 130” - Called Shell Recharge and they said it is faulted and that they are already aware of the issue.

Worked well enough. Use ChargePoint app instead of Shell Recharge for a simpler experience. Station ID 153019 worked for me, so it seems it’s been fixed since the user nine months ago posted it was broken.

Station ID 153019, the fast charger farthest from the building, has an issue that the start button doesn’t respond. Called Shell Recharge and they rebooted but it didn’t resolve issue.
