Previous negative comment NOW A FAN! Apparently the parking rate has changed to a more familiar format and full charge rate was maintained. Rate structure clearly spelled out at station.

They charge 25 cents a minute parking from the moment you plug in. Started delivering 42 kw but four minutes into the charge it dropped to 24 kw. By the time I caught on, they pocketed $4.53 parking for delivering $1.61 of electricity.Makingit over $.70per kw total cost.
