Switched to one of the four chargers on the 3rd floor, when the dual unit on the 2nd floor was showing in Maintenance. Still had an issue with the EV Connect app, that seemed to acknowledge payment, but wasn't delivering power. Had to call to report the issue and they were able to manually start the charging.
