I'm sitting here at 98% for the last twenty minutes and the port won't let me pull the chadmo plug out of my car. called customer support and got no help.

The supercharger worked for my Audi. I just couldn't use it without downloading the app and putting my credit card in. The outside screen won't let you hit accept'. But I was able to charge successfully using my phone.
