the left side ccs1 charger is broken it's covered in duct tape and will not successfully lock into my vehicle

it's right behind the Starbucks. I didn't get a chance to charge your the left side for the ccs1 charge was covered in duct tape I tried plugging it in it did not connect to my outlet because it was loose hence the duct tape
