Station defective

As of 18 Oct 2023, it is still broken and Waterway employees have heard this 100 times.

Employee stated manager reached out to call company but no response. I asked if they can reach out again, as this has not worked in a long time

Charger cannot communicate with the car. Informed desk 2 months ago. Still not fixed.

Went there twice in last 2 weeks. Plug reads error each time. Unable to communicate with my car. No problems with other chargers. Told people inside at desk. Nothing has been done.
