Using for first time. Charging successfully, but the left charger could not “snap“ in. It felt like a loose connection and had a little trouble initiating the charge.

Both chargers work and is free to charge. Sign says 2 hour max

The station is defective. Right side charger plug has a pin/object stuck in one of the ports. Do not try to plug into your vehicle using right side plug.
