We have tried to use this station many times and have been successful only a few!! Busy (which is environmentally good) but frustrating as we've been noting who is there and how long! We love to eat at Yoshi Sushi and the charge station was a bonus. People who work at Gateway or exercise there obviously use it, as we've witnessed but are abusing the service. Max of 2 hours is not what's happening. We drive in (from North Saanich) park nearby and take note of the cars charging. Some are already charged but still plugged in!! We have taken quite a few photos of some of the abusers. Signage must be more prominent of MAXIMUM time. It's very frustrating driving into town for a late afternoon lunch or early dinner and see cars there that are fully charged and the owner nowhere to be found.
