Found it! I had a hard time finding it but it's a nice free charger. It's on the north side of the lake. It's a one way road around the building which made it confusing to me to find. A bald eagle flew over the lake while we were charging. Very nice spot to relax while charging.

Great place to charge! Just a few minutes walk from a great playground, splash pad, mini golf course and zoo! Free!!

Best charger! It’s free. It only gives around 50kw but it’s in a sweet park. Also, has a great playground and giant splash pad for kids to play in while charging. All charging stations should be in locations like this and not gas stations
