I didn't have the App loaded on my phone, so was not able to activate the charger when attempting to use it at about midnight on Aug 25. I called the support number, and received assistance immediately. Very helpful, though it took 3 attempts to get it started. Received about 60 kW, which should cost about $23 (@ 0.38/kWh. However, my credit card was billed 3 separate charges at $60 each, for total of $180. I sincerely hope this gets adjusted to credit me for the severe overcharge gouging,!! I've tried multiple times to contact the company, but no success so far. ?? Perhaps there will be a response when normal business hours commence on Monday.

While they were said to be 150kw I only got a little over 50kw.

Charged successfully. Duke Energy claims 150kW delivery but I was only able to pull 52kW. The area seems safe, day or night. There are plenty of places to visit while you wait. Ambient temperature was 76-78°F. I used the Shell Recharge app to initiate and pay for charge. Rivian R1T
