NOT in Lot C. It's (semi-hidden) in the Advanced Automotive Technology building solar carport outside the southern wall of the building facing the north side of the automotive building's part of public parking Lot D. You have to drive off the asphalt onto the concrete pad under the solar panels between rooms 8 and 13 next to the Automotive building entrance lobby.

Did not find an EV charger in Lot C.
