The anti charging station. 2 of 4 ports consistently unavailable or won’t take the Electrify Membership card that provides no cost charging. Keep call the company - absolutely no response to reports of problems. Boo!!!

No many times people comment, you WILL not fix this station!!!!! One port doesn’t allow you to use your electrify America wallet so I have to pay out of my pocket. The other one has a network error and never works. And there are only two level 3 4 port charging stations in the area with a huge demographic of high income and high ev purchase cars

This craptastic station currently has 2 functional chargers only (out of 4). Plugs 1 and 3 are not viable.

Electrify America app map view is misleading, indicates that 3/4 chargers available. In fact, of the 4 chargers, one is offline and 2 are in use. Currently charging on plug #4 with reduced rate (66 kW) due to ongoing station “maintenance”.

Plug#1 unavailable (this includes the single chademo connection FYI). Plug#3 reduced charging speed (has been the case for at least 4 months). Plug#4 is what I used, but only got 74kW max speed. Electrify America is dropping the ball bigly.

4 chargers total. At this time, #1 and #2 unavailable, #3 works but at a very reduced charging speed. #4 works but is at 80 kW.
