I never was able to charge anything nor do I have a credit card attached to this account. The charging stations that are free are in the employee parking lot and are not accessible to anybody even though the app states you can access them.

It’s located in a garage and the only way to enter is by a key card. I assume it’s only available for the employees at People’s Trust. I was unable to use this location to charge my Mini.
