The sale guys need to charge all vehicles sold to 100%. So yes they do have priority when it comes to charging. After all they cannot sell a car and let the new buyer leave with only a 10% charge because other users refuse to let them us there own charger

pushy salespeople will try to force you off, if/when they "need" to use one for a new sale. I was told that they had to make room for "new customers" to charge, even though I had owned my Leaf for ~18 hours.
