Charger screen is blank. Charger did not click into to car charging port. Flo app says status is unknown. Could not charge with Flo or ChargeHub app.

You have to really lean on the OFF button here. It keeps on charging even as you pound on it.

49kW until it ramped down towards the end. No problem connecting. Was able to change without unhooking my trailer on my Ionic 5.

Rated at 100kW but only received 42kW. The variability is really frustrating.

Charged July 1. Had to shake and jiggle the on button to make it work. After charging, we could not take the charger out of the car - it was locked. The stop button would not work for several minutes after multiple pushes, shaking etc. This charger needs maintenance!
