Kwik Trip EV Charging Stations

This is a location that is needed since there are not many options for a fast charge between Madison and Dubuque. However, I have had a couple of issues with charging at this site, and the most recent problem was on April 11th when none of the posts seemed to be providing more than 50KW. The screen displayed that the charger was at reduced speed and after charging for a few minutes, the session was interrupted and my visa was later charged with a session from a subsequent vehicle. I like the Kwik Trip chargers and have had good luck at their other sites on multiple occasions. But if you are going to charge 59 cents per kWh, EV owners need to have some confidence that the site will work reliably and quickly.
