Started charge with ChargeHub app. initialized fine but the evse said there was a fault. However charging continued normally. Charged to 80% but no payment was needed. Charger said it was unavailable in shell app. After charge complete connector button stuck and couldn’t remove from car. Called customer service and was told the issue was with the vehicle locking but wasn’t the case. Finally wiggled and pried on button enough that the connector released but was stuck here for more than 30 minutes after charge completed

ChargeHub passport failed to start charge. Had to use the shell app
