I had a negative experience.

It’s very confusing trying to figure out which one is available to charge. This was not a good experience. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure it out. There’s no phone number printed anywhere to get assistance. You have to look at it on the screen and then within 10 seconds, the screen disappears and you have to start all the way back over to get help.
