Bellingham Nissan EV Charging Stations

I got my car here a ways back, used to be a good spot to level 3 charge, but then it stopped working for a long time, as noted in the comments. They updated the level 3 charger with a new unit, and it works now but is no longer free. It's a bit hit and miss on if you can use it, as the dealership staff sometimes parks cars around the area, making it very hard or not possible to pull up to. (I'm normally in the area after they close, so it's not possible to ask them to move a car out of the way). There are also two level two chargers that are free. Occasionally, they are charging cars for sale on the level twos, but I've had luck with them most of the time.

The station is defective. Dealer has no plans to fix level 3 charger, they park the trucks in front to block it...
