What's the point of having more than one port if only one can be used at a time??

Finishing my post: so my charge stopped at 15 min allowing the other car to charge instead of mine. Called Electrify America and told them they need signage to indicate that only one port can be used at a time. Now I need to sit in my car and wait so no one else does the same—

Only 3/4 charging ports working—#4 is not working. FYI: There are two charging cables in each unit but only one can be used at a time. There is no signage to indicate that. While I was charging I went to breakfast (it was going to take over an hour) and someone else came and stopped my charge after 15 minutes min
