This is the worst store ever. I am a doctor of NP and see patients all day. I wish I could say that I have to leave immediately at close and forget about the sick people needing to be seen. After finishing up with work I visited the Safeway store on King Street, alexandria. Onn checking out there were multiple issues with the coupons that were advertised for the coupons. All the prices were wrong. I asked the employee at the self checkout to help cand was told, I have to leave and you can just put the products back and I could address it tomorrow. I work 11 hour shifts and wish I could just say, sorry you are sick but can't help you and come back tomorrow. The representative was not even willing to help with the inaccurate prices. Although I showed proof as to what the price were, I was told it's too late, can't help coupons are wrong, and just leave them and come back tomorrow. I have pictures of of the receipt and coupons, however, the rep was uncaring, wanted to just leave and stated to put the food back and return to address tomorrow. I have to say that this is the worse experience I have ever had. There are multiple other supermarkets in the area and I have to say that I will be shopping at these other stores and boycott Safeway. After looking at my receipt I was still over charged for the pizza and the same gentleman stated I could come back tomorrow and have it looked at, as if I did not have to see sick patients. How come a store has coupons advertised, instructed to use their app then be told that there is a error and to come back tomorrow. If this individual knew there was an error before I got to checkout why was it not fixed. Instead I was harassed and stressed by them and having to replace food. Had he be willing to help it would of taken maybe 5-7 minutes, instead it took over 25 minutes. Your store is the worse and will be giving this review online for customers to go to other stores. Once I finish work I will definitely be returning all the food I purchased for a refund and take my business elsewhere. WORST STORE EVER. DO NOT GO TO THE ALEXANDRIA STORE ON 3526 KING STREET. These people do not care or are willing to help you.

I plugged in and started charging on port 2 using the charge hub app. however the status hasn't updated in the app that the port is occupied. At the time of this report I'm still charging.

Charged successfully. Both stations work.

The station is defective. The two stations have been removed. According to the manager there is construction taking place in the garage and the stations have been removed. She doesn't know how long they will be gone.
