credit card reader wouldn't work correctly on any of the machines. didn't try Blink app. couldn't charge.

Not currently working. Jolly attendant said someone didn’t pay their bills and that’s why it’s not working. Who knows.

Unable to get app or web account to activate charge. Phone support was available but was really only able to encourage me to try the app. :(

You need to download the Blink app. The credit card reader on the charger does not work. It would be nice if this was posted somewhere on the charger! Also a phone number for support would have been appreciated. Once I got the app, though, it worked fine.
